1. The Interview – We listen. Having a clear understanding of your business and your brand is the critical first step. FigaroDesign works with you to clearly understand your needs, assess your competition, set a project scope, and define objectives.

2. The Details – We sweat them. Once we agree to the project scope, we define functional, technical and creative requirements. We work together to establish and refine a direction to the concept. Our designs can fit existing project parameters or we will establish an entirely new concept based on your project's needs.

3. The Design – Creativity unleashed. When the foundation for the project is set, we provide examples, sketches and workable prototypes. More refinements are made to tailor the information to your company and customers' needs.

4. The Creation – It's alive! We build the final product in this stage and set up any necessary files before seeing the project through production. We test the final product deliverable to ensure it works with print and multimedia projects.

5. Next Steps – It's not over when it's over. After successful completion of the project, we want to monitor and analyze how the solution performs against the criteria in the Listening stage. We offer ideas on how to approach the next generation of the solution and your next projects. We can also develop documentation and training to help your staff support and extend the new solution.
